Located right by Bank station, Goodman City is fuelled by business meetings and client entertaining. We also cater for larger groups and our Private Dining Room seats up to 10 guests.

Tallow Aged UK Ribeye

Best of UK rare breed ribeyes are aged for 20 days, before removing the bones, the process of tallow ageing then starts. Using rendered down beef fat, the ribeye is dipped into the fat before going into the fridge and allowing the coating to solidify. ​​This process is repeated up to 8 times until a thick layer is formed. ​They are then left to age for a further 100-days to ensure maximum flavour.
